Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@sammibeejewelry.com with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled through our return process.
