30-Day Wear-It-Love-It Guarantee
Wear your piece, try it out — if you don't love it, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items may be gently worn or tried on and must be returned in good condition.

Easy & Free Returns
To start a return or exchange, simply email support@sammibeejewelry.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps. We provide a complimentary return shipping label for eligible U.S. returns. There are no restocking fees.

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn are not eligible for return or exchange. Unworn earrings may be returned within 30 days.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
