30-Day Wear-It-Love-It Guarantee

We want you to love your SammiBee jewelry. If you don't, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Jewelry may be tried on or gently worn and must be returned in good condition. For hygiene reasons, worn earrings are not eligible for return or exchange. Unworn earrings may be returned within 30 days.

We provide complimentary return shipping labels for eligible U.S. returns, with no restocking fees. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, materials, and other information on our website are accurate. Slight variations in appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

EXCEPT FOR OUR EXPRESSLY STATED GUARANTEES AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Our 30-Day Wear-It-Love-It Guarantee and Refund Policy remain applicable notwithstanding the disclaimers above.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAMMI BEE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, OR LOSS OF DATA.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANOTHER LEGAL THEORY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED, INCLUDING LIABILITY ARISING FROM FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR OTHER NON-WAIVABLE LEGAL OBLIGATIONS.
