Warranty

SammiBee Jewelry offers a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear, beginning on the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Tarnishing or discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, moisture, or improper care

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling

If you experience an issue with your jewelry within the warranty period, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Jewelry Care

To preserve the beauty and sparkle of your SammiBee jewelry:

  • Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising

  • Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and household chemicals

  • Store in a dry, soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use
