If you don't love it, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Jewelry may be tried on or gently worn and must be returned in good condition.

Easy & Free Returns

To start a return or exchange, simply email support@sammibeejewelry.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

We provide a complimentary return shipping label for eligible U.S. returns.

There are no restocking fees.

Please contact us before mailing any returns so we can provide the correct return instructions and shipping label.

Earrings Policy

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn are not eligible for return or exchange.

Unworn earrings may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in good condition.

If your earrings arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We're happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
